A Secret Stay In The South Of France

Hotel Du Couvent, Nice

Set on the hillside of Nice’s old town, Hotel Du Couvent offers a mindful oasis for relaxation amongst the bustling city. Envisioned as a hotel from a 17th-century convent, Du Couvent’s boutique aesthetic offers relaxed dining experiences, apothecary visits and secluded garden walks. Our favourite hidden part? The contemporary underground Roman baths. That’s zen.

A HIDDEN GEM IN THE CITY CENTRE

Sol's, London

Tucked down a quiet side street in Bayswater, Sol's is the latest West London watering hole, perfect for a relaxed sip post Hyde Park stroll. Brought to life by the team behind the Foreign Exchange News just three doors down, the design is light and airy despite its small stature. Filled with biodynamic wines and seasonal produce, we recommend ordering a side of mozzarella and grilled peaches to pair with your drink of choice.

Mitchell's unique aesthetic will be on display until September 5th.
